Use paperless methods for club communications

Why - Smartphones mean people can have a world of information at their fingertips, including club information, without having to carry around a swathe of paper. It’s also more up to date and much better for the environment.

 

How - Use shared online platforms like Google docs to share information with committee members rather than printing minutes or agendas and use email and other online apps to share club newsletters or information.

If you must print documents, do so on an as-needed basis instead of printing large quantities in advance that might not be needed.
