Yachting New Zealand Clean Club reporting
Congratulations and thank you for your efforts to become Yachting New Zealand Clean Club!
In order to receive official Clean Club certification in recognition of your club's efforts and successes, we ask you to please submit a short report with images once you have successfully ticked off your achievements.

We ask that the report please includes the following:

The certification level your club has aimed to achieve

Under each Focus Area, indicate the best practice criteria completed. When describing your efforts please include:

A basic description

Any particular successes and/or challenges you came across

Any outstanding participant feedback (optional)

Any quantitative data worth sharing (optional)

For each best practice please attached a photo, screenshot or PDF - no larger than 10MB per image ​

Please note: Please proofread and use full sentences when describing your efforts. We will also use the photos and information you provide to publicise your efforts and share solutions with the greater Clean Club community. By sharing these photos you agree we have permission to distribute them.

Upon receipt of your complete report, we will recognise your club's efforts with an official Clean Club certificate, a digital badge that can be used on club material and we will also recognise the club's achievements on the Clean Club website.
